Enter our Global Key Account Manager Rae.
We caught up with Rae to find out more about her career to date, what led her to BaseKit and how she likes to spend her time outside of work.
Tell us a little bit about your experience?
I come from a creative industries background of textile design, but I have been an Account Manager for over 5 years now. I really enjoy the variety that Account Management brings.
What most attracted you to work at BaseKit?
What does your new role involve?
Account management daily life involves talking to partners and discussing and actioning strategies that will best support their continued growth year on year.
How would you describe the culture?
BaseKit culture is open, honest and really friendly. Everyone is approachable and I really feel like management supports us.
What are your main goals?
My main goals are to grow and expand our partner accounts, as well as work on a personal project to increase the wellbeing of my colleagues and company culture.
Favourite thing about BaseKit?
The appreciation and understanding of the work-life balance.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Lots! I like to run, practice yoga and ride my bike. I also volunteer my time between The Wave Project surf therapy charity, and Bristol Women’s Voice organisation, helping to create the 2023 International Women’s Day event.
