Beyond highlighting areas for improvement, we also help partners turn insights into action. By analysing usage data across similar partners and regions, we can share proven tactics that have worked elsewhere, whether that’s price-led campaigns, feature promotions or discount-driven incentives.
One successful approach we’ve seen is the first-year discount campaign. By offering a significant discount on the first year of a subscription, partners can attract more new customers. When those customers renew in the second year at the standard rate, they’re already fully embedded in the product and see real value in continuing their subscription. This creates long-term customer loyalty and increased recurring revenue for partners.
Collaboration through live dashboards
Every partner has access to their own dashboard view through our data visualization platform. Ideally, we walk through this data together during a review call to discuss what it means and identify opportunities for growth.
If a live session isn’t possible, partners can log in to explore their data at any time and come back to us with questions. This flexible approach helps ensure that every partner can make data-driven decisions that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
