Built together: How BaseKit fuels partner success from launch to scale

Cogs working together with human teams - working in partnership

For over 16 years, BaseKit has helped partners in more than 40 markets unlock digital success for small businesses—not just by providing effortless website-building tools, but by building long-term relationships that fuel growth.

Our reputation as a robust, scalable, white-label website builder and e-commerce platform is grounded in more than just technology. It’s in how we work hand-in-hand with partners to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that help them scale with confidence.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how BaseKit collaborates with partners—from global hosting providers to challenger banks, telcos, and SaaS companies—to launch, integrate, and grow digital offerings with success.

Real people, real partnerships

What truly sets BaseKit apart is our people-first approach to partner relationships.

Every partner is supported by a dedicated account manager—someone who operates at the center of our business. This single point of contact ensures fast access to teams across operations, development, product, finance, marketing, and leadership. Whether resolving technical issues or leading strategic planning sessions, we’re here to maximise impact.

We offer real-time collaboration across channels—Slack, email, WhatsApp, video calls—particularly during critical integration and launch phases. It’s a close, responsive, two-way relationship that gives partners the confidence to resell and promote our platform as their own.

From goal setting to gathering feedback, day-to-day data insights to co-creating marketing campaigns, we become an extension of our partners’ teams.

Insight-driven growth at every step

We don’t just deliver technology—we provide actionable insights that help partners scale strategically.

With deep visibility into how small businesses use BaseKit, we tailor insights to each partner’s positioning and market. This lets us track key metrics such as customer engagement, acquisition, churn, and lifetime value across different segments and product packages.

Custom dashboards allow partners to monitor performance daily, compare across time periods, and identify where to focus next. And we go further: by analysing partner data with ours, we create a complete picture of performance—from site visitor to fully engaged user.

This collaborative, data-led approach ensures we’re always working together toward smarter growth.

Flexible integration, fast deployment

BaseKit’s integration model is built to support a range of partner needs—whether you’re looking for seamless SaaS delivery or tight infrastructure control.

Our fully featured API allows for large-scale provisioning and management of websites. For partners using Plesk, cPanel, or WHMCS, our plugins simplify deployment even further. This flexibility enables partners to:

  • Automate website setup and management
  • Integrate with existing workflows and customer journeys
  • Offer white-label experiences fully tailored to their brand

Effortless delivery, built-in reliability

Unlike traditional website builders that rely on FTP publishing, BaseKit is a self-contained platform. Whether hosted by us or deployed on partner infrastructure, every website has immediate access to the full platform—no manual updates, no added complexity.

This architecture ensures:

  • Automatic scaling to handle traffic spikes
  • Centralised management of advanced features like e-commerce and bookings
  • Seamless updates and security patches, delivered to every site automatically

High availability, global scale

Under the hood, BaseKit runs a high-availability infrastructure with application, database, and caching layers distributed across 30 global instances. This supports hundreds of thousands of dynamic websites with strong uptime and responsiveness.

Technologies like Docker and intelligent load balancing ensure hardware efficiency and fault tolerance—so partners can be confident their customers’ sites stay online and fast, even during demand surges.

Security and Continuous Innovation

Security is at the core of everything we do. We operate on a hardened OS, use automated tools to monitor vulnerabilities, and conduct penetration testing on every release. Our regular fortnightly releases keep the platform—and its underlying tech stack—secure and up-to-date.

More than a platform: A true partnership

At BaseKit, we know that launching great digital tools isn’t enough. That’s why we invest in people, processes, and partnerships that go the extra mile.

With robust technology, flexible integration, and dedicated human support, our partners gain more than a product—they gain a trusted team invested in their long-term growth.

Because building websites is easy. Building success? That takes a true partner.
