When you become a BaseKit partner, the contract signing is just the beginning. At that point, ownership transitions to a dedicated project manager whose role is to drive two key outcomes: technical integration and end-customer experience.
A smooth start: technical integration and configuration
The first step is ensuring your platform is correctly integrated and technically sound. BaseKit connects seamlessly with your existing systems, enabling you to sell subscriptions, provision accounts, and allow customers to build sites, stores or bookings through your brand.
To start with, your project manager will host a kick-off call to walk you through the process and timeline. Together, you’ll set up a partner-specific BaseKit instance and configure everything to match your needs, from language and localisation to which products you’ll offer (Site, Store and/or Bookings with mini CRM).
Once this information is captured, the BaseKit team builds and configures your instance and provides all the technical details you need to integrate, whether through our REST API or via popular hosting plugins such as cPanel, WHMCS, Upmind or Plesk.

During your integration phase, the BaseKit team is always on hand to help. Once integration is complete, it’s time for the user acceptance test (UAT), a key moment in the onboarding journey. Here, you take on the role of a customer to experience the whole purchase journey firsthand.
From landing on your site and selecting a product, through checkout and payment, to finally entering the BaseKit editor, the UAT validates both technical performance and customer experience. The aim is to ensure customers reach the value quickly when they begin creating, with as few steps and as little friction as possible.
From testing to go live
Once the UAT is completed, your integration is ready to go live. You’re now fully equipped to sell BaseKit subscriptions under your brand with confidence.
