Our platform is also fully monitored 24/7 by a dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) team. We track not only uptime and response time but also the individual performance metrics of every component within the platform. This real-time monitoring ensures we maintain the high availability our partners expect.
BaseKit is fault tolerant and self-contained, meaning that in the rare event of a vulnerability being discovered, we can deploy fixes across all sites instantly. There’s no need for our partners to take any action. We keep their small business customers’ websites secure and protected at all times.
Agile delivery and continuous improvement
We follow an agile development approach, releasing small, frequent updates every two weeks. Each release is penetration tested to maintain strong security standards. Our continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline is fully automated, which means new features and fixes reach partners quickly and safely.
During onboarding, partner development teams work directly with our own developers to ensure smooth integration. Whether partners use APIs or web hosting plugins like cPanel or Plesk, our team is on hand to assist. Once live, partner system administrators have direct access to our sysadmins and our 24/7 NOC for operational support.
