How easy is the integration process?

Use our powerful API or one of the major hosting control panels to get started. Our current control panel options include Rest API, cPanel, WHMOS, CloudBlue Connect, Parallels and plesk.

How do I launch BaseKit to my customers?
Our account management team are experts in helping our partners sprint to market. After you’ve signed up as a BaseKit partner we’ll host a project kick off meeting. This is a great opportunity for the key stakeholders from your business to meet our team.
We’ll then work through a series of steps to get you up and running. From designing your editor, to connecting your API, building your customer success plan and launch day itself – we’re with you all the way.
Beyond launch day, we’ll continue to work closely with your team by providing tailored marketing consultancy and dedicated project management.
If you need it, we can also migrate websites onto our platform at scale using a combination of automated tooling and manual input. For large scale projects we can typically migrate 2,000 websites in one month for you.

What level of support do my customers get?
BaseKit’s digital products are designed to be super simple to use straight out of the box. However, we understand that your customers may need some help. Typically our partners provide first line support to their customers.
BaseKit provides full partner support training on all aspects of our product suite via a series of courses, each of which can be completed in between 15 mins and under an hour.
We also have a dedicated support resource centre. Thereafter BaseKit provides full second line support to partners via our dedicated support and operations teams.
